Lima Staff and Structure

Lima has a staff of over 125 people, of which 70 are professional and technically qualified. Staff positions include engineers, economists, planners, foresters, agronomists, horticulturalists, extension officers, social development specialists, engineering foremen, extension assistants, and master farmers.

A total of 87% of Lima 's staff is from previously disadvantaged groups with more than 50% that are women. Lima 's eight person management committee consists of 3 members from previously dis-advantaged communities and 5 women.
