LIMA STAFF

Lima has a staff of 35 people including planners, agriculturists, engineers, foresters, facilitators, extension officers, construction staff and administrators. Lima has always adhered to strong affirmative action principles and a total of 85% of Lima’s staff are from previously disadvantage communities, 40% are women and 51% are professionally or technically trained.

Of Lima’s 10 person Management Committee, five members are from previously disadvantaged communities and two are women.
